5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged.

6. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

7. Will there be restocks?

Some colorways may restock based on demand, but not all drops are guaranteed to return. Once a colorway sells out, it may be gone for good.

We recommend securing your piece while it’s available.

8. How do I care for my backpack?

We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and air drying. Do not machine wash.
